Happy Tuesday! This is becoming one of my new favorite days, due to the fact that I made up this weekly holiday and because of a Tuesday tradition my best friend and I have created (it involves Gossip Girl and grapefruit juice).

I bought this necklace (or a similar one) from Harbinger Co., and it broke. That’s what I get for throwing my jewelry into my purse all the time.

In other news, this weather is insane. Yesterday, I experienced a glimpse of heaven. Or summer. It was warm and beautiful, even into the night. Today, the wind is crazy and I keep nearly falling over.


I am feeling really, really happy despite the cold weather. Last night, I hung out with a dear friend and found that I might have a potential business partner. This is something I have been praying for, for such a long time. I look at cute shops and blogs and think, “These people are so lucky to have a spontaneous community of friends who want to do the same thing they want to do.” Sometimes I feel completely alone in my craft and Dream Job endeavors. I should have remembered that things usually work out :)

Garage sale find, in wonderful condition :)

This morning, I am sitting in Shady Coffee trying to organize my goals for March. Is it really March? Oh my! This means so many things. It means I am graduating in two and a half months (what the!). It means I have got to hurry up and study for my comprehensive psych exam in order to graduate. It means that the rain has finally arrived. This town is crazy. It has been so warm until today! And now I feel like it will start snowing any second.


It won’t. Saturday’s forecast is back up to seventy degrees :) 


I have an exciting weekend ahead of me, in which I will hopefully get all of my goals and thoughts figured out. I’m going home to intern, relax, see my dear childhood friend Ashley, and attend a Stanford basketball game. A lot of studying will be going on, but studying is less stressful when you’re far from school.

How do you feel about pink?

Most scheduled blog posts have alliterated kind of titles. But I just feel like I need to devote one day a week to talking about bees. If you haven’t figured it out already, I love bees! I think they are beautiful creatures and if there is one thing I know about my future, it’s that I will keep bees someday.


One of my favorite documentaries is Queen of the Sun, which I first saw last summer. I posted about this back when I had around five followers, so I think another post is okay :)

I don’t use tumblr regularly anymore, but I still have an account. Recently, I found this fantastic pattern blog. Whoever runs this tumblr scouts out the most fun, colorful patterns. I love them! So I’m back on tumblr, every now and then, following only Pattern and Co.

I found tons of stuff at a few estate sales! Pretty fabric. A camera strap. Wallets. And a book of cat postcards for my roommate :)

Last weekend, my dear friend Kat and I enjoyed the best thai food ever.

This hangs on the wall next to the room that I intern in. And I hear it is going to be mine someday! Ah! Yay.
