When I gather items for roundups, I like to keep things short and sweet. Ten of my favorite things here and there. But today we’re talking about Earl Grey and that’s a different story! You might have guessed that Earl Grey is my favorite tea, but I also love it in the form of ice cream, cocktails, and probably everything else on this list.24 Earl Grey Tea-Inspired Recipes at Earl Grey Blog

I’m a real tea addict but I rarely use it in cooking. I already have tasted matcha cakes and made a zucchini and green tea sauce but I think that’s all… Though I have already been thinking about a peach and tea icecream (sweet tea icecream?! Yes please!) or a tea flavoured crème pâtissière for pies. I’m curious about this tea and vanilla pancakes recipes, and about the earl grey and lemon cake.

My favourite teas are fruity one, be they green or white or black or red! I have dozens of different teas at home (no joke!) and my very favourites at the moment are : a black tea with a lemon-meringue flavour, a green tea with a fruity and flowery flavour (mainly peach), a green tea with dates, red fruits and orange blossom flavours, and a green tea with kombucha and peppermint and lemongrass flavours.

But I also have a delicious black tea with red fruits, caramel and vanilla flavour, a green and oloong blend with redcurrants, a christmas rooibos with spices, another with summer fruits flavours, a black tea with a blueberry muffin flavour, and so much more! (a truc addict, I told you!) I like the earl grey very much but I think the I love the Russian earl grey even more! However, I loathe the English breakfast and mint green tea!

I’ve never tried Russian Earl Grey! I really only ever drink black tea, but I do love white peach. It’s so interesting how many variations of tea there are and how many recipes you can make with them. Sweet tea ice cream sounds amazing, you should definitely try it out! :)
