My trip to Portland and Mt. Hood was a beautiful breath of fresh air. Oh, how I love Oregon. I feel a little ache each time I visit, as if something is telling me not to leave. Oregon, get your winter weather together and then I’ll move up there in a heartbeat. ;)
I can’t waaaiitt to go back. It will have to happen later this summer or fall. I haven’t gotten my fill.
Portland is kinda like my “soulmate city”. Do you have a place like that? Somewhere you’ve always wanted to live and someday (hopefully) will?

Portland was definitely my soulmate city when I first visited. It felt like one of those places that only existed in movies, you know? (Did you get to visit the 23rd Street shops?)
Portland alone was enough to make me move to Oregon! The winter weather here really isn’t so bad :) It’s a pretty great place to live. I say, give it a try!

Love this pictures. The forests up there are so breathtaking. Such a different feel than theses East coast ones. I’m not sure where my soulmate city is–I like to think it will be San Fran (once I finally get the chance to visit).

You are making me miss home! I have to wait until August… beautiful photos! The grey is really hard during the winter but the summers… so nice.
