Photographing Lexi and Aaron’s wedding last month was a beautiful opportunity. It was held in a camp up in the woods of Nevada City, and the whole day was full of love and inspiration. Here are some of my favorite moments of the day:

This might sound strange, but I love that she wore her glasses! I hear a lot about bespectacled brides getting disposable contacts for the day, which always strikes me as weird if they aren’t willing to do it for anything else. I think you should look like the best version of yourself at your wedding, not how a bride is “supposed” to be. Props to her!

These are beautiful! I actually agree with Paige, I have a friend who didn’t wear her glasses on her wedding day (neither did her groom) and both look very puffy-eyed and unlike themselves because they do wear glasses ALL the time! The authenticity of someone who is unafraid to wear their glasses in photos is beautiful!
